This research is exploratory in nature; hence, it relies mainly on firsthand experience and knowledge. This research is addressing issues and concerns which have not been already been discussed in depth before. The best way to tackle research of this type is through a case study by gaining essential knowledge from experts in their field. In fact this is the primary method of research to address the issue.

2. What does transformational leadership education look like?
3. What roles to teacher empower
4. Development and leadership style play in transformational leadership education in China and in Canada?
5. Chinese education and Canadian education in general.

If a school administrator interviewed in Canada then a school administrator should be interviewed in China. Care should be taken to ensure that the research is symmetric to both systems. The research should not lean towards any one system otherwise we will not end up with unbiased results. It is school administrators and policy makers who are best able to comment on things such as the affects of teacher empowerment. (Allwright, 1984)
