The company is contemplating the cause of the conditions and deciphering various ways of fixing the issue by implementing rigorous resolution strategies such as closing unprofitable stores, investing more money, reducing mounting debts, gaining customer confidence through innovative measures etc.

This deteriorates its customer satisfaction strategy and the company fails in attracting loyal and new customers together. When customer loses trust in the company it does not help in continually garnering sustainable sales and profit. These conditions demand an emergency to inquire about how the company can expedite its customer satisfaction factor and acquire loyal customers to sustain sales and profit (Hubner, 2011).
