The previous models that were relevant in the past decade may not be relevant in another ten years. In the current times, there is a growing nationalism that is observed in the nations. While it is debated as to the need of understanding the need for nationalism, there must be more contemporary culture models developed to address these changes. There must be newer ways to motivate people in the current dynamic eclectic world. The development of people needs to factor in the culture models. These would be more helpful rather than the generic theories.
