Although just as competition among organizations reduces the price of goods, competition among workforce reduces the wage rates. Consequently, it is not the working class who gains from this competition, but the capitalists. It is not just substantially harmful to workforce, and it pulls them apart from one other. People are independent beings and are capable of not only just converting the humankind themselves, but also collaborating to change the earth in more stylish and supportive manners. As such, they have to consider each other as friends, yet in capitalism workforce consider one another as conflicting competition.
