From a personal standpoint, it can be understood that there is continuous need for education and following the latest trends to stay relevant in the field. While undertaking the first professional job, there is a lot of hesitancy about the actual performance. This leads to anxiety and nervousness. Thankfully owing to the supervisors and colleagues, this stress gradually disappeared. Real difficulty was ensuring that the client requirements are met. In the real world, the clients are actually more demanding. To sustain in the architectural field, it is important to develop patience. It can be discouraging when a client sends back the design. But this process actually made me better suited for professional services. It has helped in gaining confidence. It was found that this internship experience made me better architects. Real world tools were provided to ensure sustenance in the architectural field.
It can be said certainly that there was a lot of positive feedback from the client and the individual supervisor regarding quality of work produced. This feedback was gained from a lot of individual efforts. By gaining positive client feedback, a lot of confidence was gained. This also instilled a deeper passion to become the best architect. This has led to even more personal scrutiny to develop stronger technical and personal skills required for the job.

There is a need to devote more time and efforts to become a technically stronger architect. To conclude, this process helped me develop technical skills and understand real time implications of work environment. Apart from this, the value of ethics and personal management was felt. It has made me a better architect who has a better comprehension of how the architectural field is designed.
