In his initial stage of story the character seems full of fire. He wants to be alone and likes to live in a world of a smoke. He is like a beast- his character can be compared to red hot burning wax who is always yelling and writing.
In the 2nd stage of story this burning man converted in to sensitive listener. He felt like a defeated person who feels pain. He behaves like “Nord Kid”. Readers can feel the change in his character where Burn Man is trying to find peace and harmony. He is expressing his feeling and desire. He shows tender mercies, need for death without death.
The third stage shows his positive side of character. We can see “thrill” and “hope” in his character. He spill Swedish Vodka in his morning coffee. He fell in love with a woman and showing his impatience. He can feel the warmth of a woman. Even in story he himself confess about this change “In that instant I was change”
During the fourth stage he feels like a clown. People hate hum, fear him and avoid him. He is trying to reassure people those he’s not a “mime”. His character has performed as different animals. He acts like a rabbit on Easter as a Mascot on game. But when he is Mascot we can feel the sense of loyalty and symmetry in his character. He drinks, laughs and he thinks that “Dignity is Essential”. He wears a mask and thinks that why should he take it off. He is happy. This stage shows his willingness to engage in different levels of dark humor narrated in the story. It is one of the main jobs of Burn Man to play the character of Mighty Moose mascot for a local hockey team and he thinks that it would be sensible enough to engage himself in a fight with Raving Rave who is the mascot of the opposing team.
