The case study presented discussed and compare in detail about the retail giant of Europe i.e. Zara. The aim to the case is to develop a sketch of the global operations in respect to five globalization trends. It describes the entire designing, manufacturing, distribution and retailing of the company in detail highlighting their respective uniqueness in the operations adopted by them. The first part discussed about the scenarios how retailer has came into its existence. Later it developed the entire designing phase in detail pointing out its pros and cons. The third phase of the case discussed in detail the entire manufacturing and distribution strategies with their logistics system. The case has pointed out towards the unique technique which is being developed and implemented by Zara and tries out to bridge an explanation which makes them different from other retailers around the globe and emphasize upon the factor which makes them so much prolific in their respective means.
