The interview structure that I applied during conduction of interview was unstructured interview. The question list comprised of very direct and simple questions with each question flowing with the other. The interviewee need to know that any information that he or she is providing here will not be given to anyone else external to the Interview process. The respondent here also has a right to leave the interview process when they like. If there is doubt arising in the mind of the respondent then they should clearly mention the same and refrain to take part in the process. This also implies that interviewer is responsible to maintain these ethical considerations.
