Results and Findings
Resource management of the company must be developed to meet the requirements of the global consumer base. Resource identification and optimization are required before the expansion process of the company. The various resource needs that the company must develop are explored in the following.
The existing personnel need to be taught about the skill development, applicant tracking and ensuring that they are compliant with the local laws where the company operates. The department of the human resources needs to take the responsibility of ensuring the needs of the employees (Connell, Page & Bentley, 2009; Richard & Johnson, 2001).
The company must develop more marketing to create brand awareness. They have operations across the globe (Noe et al., 2003). However, the marketing activities of the company are limited when compared to the competitors. The company must increase its marketing activities to bring in more consumers.
There is a requirement for the company to develop innovative consumer service requirements to bring in more consumers (Wiener, Kanki & Helmreich, 2010).
