This theory asks the members of the team to act with group participation that would make it more amenable for the people to reach their goals.

There is fostering of people developing ideologies for better societal systems. The issue with this theory is that it can be idyllic and not be applicable to the people. In the case of emergency situations, these theories will not be useful. The specific ways as to how the leaders must develop their ideology are not made aware.
