Learning from this experience: The entire phase was to assess the client’s need in accordance to the clinical nutrition strategy. There were few phases so that the interview cum assessment can be done effectively. The overall experience was fantastic as this was my first time that I had interviewed someone in so many details. From the time of preparation to the discussion with client to the final response, the entire time was spent with lots of interaction and learning. I do feel that the assessment was really to the point but the assessment was really big. This assessment cannot be done in hurry as needs lots of patience and understanding.

The process was efficient, but it could be better if this process had the digital options where the client can just login directly and pull the pre-filled details. In this case, the time taken would have been reduced a lot and more time could have spent in explaining the customized offers in better way. The interviewer Junizing did great job in the entire process though Junizing was finding difficult to explain some of the benefits and activities that could have been effective for the client. Junizing was very helpful and cheerful while asking questions and even discussing the plans and activities to the client. During the entire course of discussion, the client was very happy with Junizing with his knowledge, process of explanation and putting to the point answers to the client.
