It is well known that if the teacher is knowledgeable and very familiar with the topic, building up the conversation would be very easy. It ensures that all of them are engaged to the topic and a short revision would do to sharpen the topics. This is the only motive behind the observation methods, which has to be well understood by the teacher rather than to take it personally and involve emotions which are of no use. Thus finding all the limitations and the ways of evaluating the observatory measures, all the people could be able to get provided with specific listening methodologies that help them to observe and evaluate the causes and impacts to gain more knowledge, ability and skills. Thus, the overall findings from the above research and case studies have concluded that the feedback from the class observation will be very helpful and could be an effective mechanism to inform the strategies of behaviours and the classroom observations. This could help the teachers to make several opinions on imbalanced perceptions and thereby they could be able to find the solution for the imbalance to restore them in a very balanced condition. From this potential strategy, the universities could be able to get improved instructional behaviours in specific classrooms.
