The senior VP of the company controls all the organizational process. The decision is made in the upper management and the managers are given limited autonomy to implement the decision. There is no real collaboration with the lower level employees to make strategic decision o the company. The company follows many of the concepts of a centralized organization. However, the company provides a lot of autonomy to the top level employees. The company has benefitted immensely from this centralized management control system.
