整合是指公司内部的管理过程彼此相似的过程。这些公司需要根据实际情况制定战略。例如,在一个集体主义国家,如越南和印度,人们被发现更倾向于团队成长。这体现了高度的集体主义态度。然而,在英国或澳大利亚这样的个人主义国家,人们更习惯于获得报酬。研究发现,模型的纵容因子和功率距离动力学参数是不同的。即使在同一家公司,相同的管理政策也不能适用于这些地方。因此,公司需要开发一个过程,让所有利益相关者都能从中受益。

这是显而易见的,管理实践不可能符合任何一种意识形态。它需要包含各种事件和变量。

In the case of contingent theories, these are two forms of management. They are the mechanistic and organic system of management. In the case of mechanistic organization, they are similar to the classical theorists. These are found to be suitable for the stable environment. Organic organization is considered to be a comingling of the suitable and volatile environments. In reality, the organizations are not organic or mechanistic . The managers need to derive a system where the organization is able to differentiate between the processes and integrate certain processes. The differentiation is a process where the managerial practices are found to exist within the single organization and are diverse.

The integration is the process where the managerial processes in the company are found to be similar to one another. The companies need to devise a strategy that is based on the situation. For example, in a collectivistic country such as Vietnam and India, the people are found to be more oriented towards growing as a team. There is high level of collectivistic attitude that is reflected. However, in the case of individualistic nations such as Britain or Australia, the people are more attuned to receive remuneration. The indulgence factor and the power distance dynamics are found to be different. The same management policies cannot be applied to these places even in the same company. Hence the companies need to develop a process where all the stakeholders of the situation are benefitted.
It is evident and the managerial practices cannot be conformed into any one kind of ideology. It needs to comprise of a variety of events and variables.
