There is a changing role structure in the families that have been brought on by the significant variation in the ideology of the people. Women are often presented in a meeker role when compared to their male counterparts. The changing role of the man for the household is only reflected in the recent media. Men in the advertisements are depicted as softer role when they are related to the society. Men seem to have an advantage and are often portrayed in egalitarian roles in the families. The women are either objectified or shown in meek roles in the advertising. This creates the implicit bias for the children as to how they are expected to be in a society. The media served as a link between fatherhood and masculinity.
