Masculinity vs. Femininity:
The masculinity vs. femininity defines the emotional roles distribution between genders which is the major issue for any society. The sex’s duality is the major issue with which various societies match in various ways. Women are supposed to be more tender, concerned and modest with the life’s quality and men’s are supposed to be focused, tough and assertive on the success of material.
Less MAS countries are characterized by better relationship with boss and cooperation at work, less stress of jobs, belief in group decisions, preference for smaller companies and promotion by merit. Belief in individual decisions, higher stress in job, recognition and challenge in jobs and big corporation’s preference describes large MAS countries.
