NNEST teachers are found to continually learn the language and hence have varied understanding of the scope of the language. They can understand the standpoints of the students from various curriculum. To measure the scope of the curriculum the teachers should involve themselves in analysing the current teaching methods by direct and intangible assessment factors. Based on this analysis they should understand the gaps and areas of strength. Curriculum should be changed based on the changes in the environment. Analysis of the current practices, review, auditing, development of action plan and feasibility analysis should be done prior to implementing the curriculum change. This should be regularly monitored as well. From a personal standpoint the best form of approach is when all the teachers work with each other for a common goal.
