As far as futurity of the communication and information technology is concerned, the dynamic of emerging technologies are often the case of early expectations and sorely optimistic behaviours of the humans towards the facilities. The dynamic of expection shows spatial and temporal variations. The anticipatory knowledge in ubiquitous computing can be implemented as practice and logic in which the problems are known and rendered in actions. It finds the gap between work and guidelines embedded by the government practices. At present, ubiquitous computing is still viewed as a vision of technology. The Internet of Things will not only provide connectivity but also connect with computing devices with everyday objects. By enabling connectivity in the virtual world, the physical thing can affect every aspect of the individual’s life and business in a way is imagined. According to a survey, due to lack of availability of tools and development environment, the growth in the ubiquitous environment is impossible. Besides, machine-machine communication, security technologies, RFID based Logistics, etc., are few of the ubiquitous application which is at present. The international experts and researchers expect many applications and invention of technologies that will make most of the use of market objects. It will provide data exchange and sensory capabilities enabled to the internet connections. In order to turn the image into reality, significant efforts and progress must be made in this area before any application can be reliably and rapidly created for the ubiquitous environment. As a result, the interaction of risks – related anticipatory knowledge will assist to identify and mitigate situations which can benefit in the progress of the ubiquitous computing (Palavicino, 2015).
