Hence, it was felt that the organization was currently functioning at productive levels in order to increase the productivity, and ensure they sustain in the future they should ask for more inputs from the employees. This would create a knowledge centric relevant organization that would be more useful for the students of this particular company (Martins, and Martins, 2013). All the stakeholders involved in the company would be benefitted because of this function.
