Along with management skills I hold the skills of effectively communicating with people and form a productive relation with them. Communication skills have become a game changer in present scenario of businesses and people that poses this quality are being considered effective speaker as well as listener and these two tasks are necessarily required in different business. I feel that successful communication takes place when receiver of the message understands the real purpose and meaning of sender’s message. I have the capability of listening people properly and feel that to become a good speaker one need to become good listener first. Entrepreneurs of the present era are required to become good in communication. Along with being good speaker and listener I am also good in writing and word pronunciation. I know well that in the present changing era people in different businesses are required to communicate with lawyers, accountants, bank managers, employees, junior staffs, and senior authorities, business shareholders at the time of dispute, government officials and consumers at different stages.
