Organizational division can be stated as a part of the business under which the different companies have been divided based on their job roles. In the concerned organization of NCFL, the concerned person is elected as Lead Auditor of Safety Training Programmes. This organization is a business sector where different job roles being assigned to the employees are based on theory performance metrics and their working capabilities (Carter et al., 1984). In this context, the organizational division can be termed as organizational structure and there are different types of organizational structures. Particularly in this aspect, I had previously faced certain personal problems. In most of the situations, I used to fail in following the organizational policies and procedures in the context of project safety management problem. On the other hand, along with this, I also lacked confidences within myself to communicate with the Project manager regarding the organizational progress. This way, I had faced different difficulties in implementing safety measures on sites. In many situations, I used to fail in coping up with the changing situations that are occurring within the organization. I used to fail in acknowledging the required safety training programmes that are required for the employees to mitigate the occurrence of accidents (Eysenck, 2014).
To analyse these differences, I covered certain organizational structures like line organization structure, functional, committee organizational structure and divisional organizational structure etc. Under Line organizational structure, employees are assigned with those job roles with which they are capable enough in performing. After that, the manager and the CEO are divided into smaller departments like supervisor and sales officer etc. This information had helped me in channelizing peaceful safety programme audits for the employees working in NCFL so that the organizational flexibility as well as the efficiency can be achieved (Flood & Carson, 1993).
Organizational system can be articulated as a collection of subsystems that are integrated in order to accomplish common goals and objectives. In this regard, organizational systems have certain inputs, processes, outputs as well as the organizational outcomes so that the better work place efficiency can be gained. For better organizational output, individuals are needed to engage in the workplace towards a particular goal and an objective is essential so that the organizational corporate image can be well enhanced (Yusoff & Kian, 2013). In this particular context of NCFL, I used to literally fail in developing comprehensive safety management systems so that the safety workplace conditions can be created. In this situation, I had faced problem like maintenance of safety work environment in the organization. Along with that, low involvement of the project members in decision making. In addition to this, the other difficulties that have been faced are in terms of maintaining routine meeting.
I can analyse my own gaps where I failed in measuring workplace culture among the employees. Along with this, I used to fail in auditing certain safety rules for them so that the organizational risk can be reduced. Under organizational system, group plays significant role which can be defined as a collection of individuals for whom the interactions are necessary. In this situation, the individuals should be psychologically aware of one another so that they can be able to pursue future stated goals and objectives (Ahrd, 2017).This information helped me in dealing with my other team members at the time of communicating important safety standards to them.
