It will be helpful for CommuniCo because there are several departments in the organization and each of the department has several teams. All the teams have several work functions. Each of the team has a team leader. The team leader should provide some conditions which will help the members motivate in their work. In this way, there will be a balance between all the teams and the performance of the team members of all the teams will be quite good (Swailes & McIntyre-Bhatty, 2001). All the team members of senior team management must make equal contribution to the team in order to reach some major decisions. The team members should try to take the initiative and lead on particular issue, especially those who are involved in their own management responsibility. This part of theory of Wallace and Hall differs from the team role theory of Belbin. Belbin’s team role says that each member should be involved in their own role and responsibility and they should not try to interfere in each other’s work. One point can be considered here that theory of Wallace and Hall is meant for senior management whereas the Belbin’s theory of team role can be considered for all levels of staff working in an organization. The team performance and the performance of its team members individually should be monitored as a team concern and it should not constrain the individual initiative.
