GenderPerspective:
From the sociological view it can be understand that the gender perception involves all the things than are applied to gender on the basis of gender identification. In turn, these meanings are a resource of ultimate motivation for feminine gender behaviour (Burke et al, 1980). The person who have moremasculine or feminine identity must act like more feminine which is engaged in all behaviours such as behaviour in a more dominant, competitive and autonomous manner (Ashmore, Del Boca, and Wohlers 1986). In this the behaviours for human or they are not much important but the behaviour meaning applied by human are more important.
In western culture, all men have the differences than women in respective of aggressiveness, competitive and instrumentally but all women are also different in many ways in terms of passiveness, cooperation and expression. This different nature of Women and men are based on the early thinking of underlying innate differences as in traits, characteristics and temperaments of men and women (C. Terman and Miles 1936).
