The Confucian concept of China is directly applicable to the leadership roles and leaders in specific across business organizations. Therefore, through the lens of Confucian, the leaders in China are obligated to undertake the business with more focus on the ethical nature of conduct and operations of business instead of profit making. It is further essential to note that an ethical leader is acknowledged to be more effective than the leader that generates more profit (Trevor Roberts et al., 2003).

The Confucian in the leadership across China emphasizes handling of economic losses in case wherein the compromise with the ethical conduct is done. This rule of Confucius allows the leader to making informed actions and not being subjected to indecision.
