The Confucian concept of China is directly applicable to the leadership roles and leaders in specific across business organizations. The Confucian in the leadership across China emphasizes handling of economic losses in case wherein the compromise with the ethical conduct is done. This rule of Confucius allows the leader to making informed actions and not being subjected to indecision.
