People are working in different parts of the world because of employment issues in their countries. These people are not only facing mental illness but physical illness because of several anxiety issues. The most important issue that is faced by the people working abroad is culture difference. Countries like US are diverse and have a diverse workforce, still have many cultural issues. People coming from Asian and Middle Eastern countries are facing many cultural gaps and issues (Karnik, 2012).Major cultural assumptions are different all over the world. In some parts of the world attitudes on the authority are different in some counties the culture in companies is hierarchical and in some countries the culture of the companies is democratic.

Officials of US when dealing with the companies of Asia face these issues of cultural difference. Culture of US is individualistic and in Asian countries the culture is collectivist. When these gaps are present many issues occur that can be difficult to handle. So what actually are the problems faced by these people and if so many problems are present how can people work all over the world? Psychology elements will be discussed in this essay and how many issues are faced by these people. Along with this people tend to adopt the culture of particular country after working a while in this country (Larkin, 2003).The main outcome of the cultural contact is passing that happens frequently with people working or studying abroad. They try to adopt the norms and values of that country and business to fix and mix with other employees and citizens of the people. Another outcome can be the fluctuating between one culture and other culture. Some people get confused about both cultures and when they return to their home country to stay with family they forget to practice the culture of their home country and get confused about the situations (Martineau, 2000). All these issues will be discussed in detail in next part of the essay.
